An upmarket villa located in Houghton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Worked on the documentation of the design development stage of the project as well and the design process. Also saw the project through to the site construction and installation; was involved in site supervision, liaising with the various subcontractors to realize the completion of the project.

 

This involved all documentation and design resolution with regards to bathrooms, kitchen, joinery (casework) & bedroom designs, layouts, finishes, sanitary and chrome ware specifications, lighting, electrical and ceiling designs and layouts. Site visits, site supervision, Project Management, client reports and site closeout documents.
